  • Dental Plan: available to you and your family, following a short waiting period.

  • 401(k) with company match: available to those of you who wish to save money for retirement. Quarterly enrollment periods following a six month waiting period.
  • Flexible Work Schedules: Many scheduling options are available including split shifts, weekend shifts and evening hours, providing you with free time to spend with your family or pursue outside interests.
  • Allowed Time Off: Accrual begins on your first day of employment and is available for use after 90 days of employment. ATO can be used for “life events” that may occur from time to time.

  • Life Insurance: Flat rate term coverage of $25,000 , with a provision for AD & D, for all employees once eligibility requirements are met. FRS funded.
  • Short Term Disability Insurance: Pays a portion of your salary in the event you are injured due to an accident or sick if hospitalized, for all employees once eligibility requirements are met. FRS funded.
  • Long Term Disability Insurance: Pays a portion of your salary after 13 weeks of continuous STD coverage. Coverage available to all employees once eligibility requirements are met. FRS funded.
