Upon your enrollment in SMS, MMS, and Email programs you agree to the following:

If we need to contact you to service your account or to collect amounts you owe, you authorize us (and our affiliates, agents, and contractors) to contact you at any email address you use, number you provide to us, number from which you call us, or at a number we believe we can reach you.  We may contact you in any way, such as email, calling, or texting.  We may contact you on a mobile, wireless or similar device, even if you are charged for it.

SMS/MMS

  • Account reminders will be sent according to account activity, including payment reminders, payment confirmations, past due reminders, payment offers, etc
  • Message frequency is based upon account activity
  • Message and Data rates may apply

If you choose to unsubscribe:

You understand and agree that it may take up to 3 days after receipt of your notice to process your request to cease further communications and that you consent to continued communications during this time.

  • Email Us at [email protected] : Be sure to include “Update My Account Preferences” in the subject.  Please include your FRS File number, full name, and phone number in the email.

SMS/MMS

  • Reply STOP to cease further text messages being sent to you
  • If you texted STOP in the past and wish to receive SMS/MMS notifications from us again, please call us at (866) 438-2860
